The prices quoted are per day/apartment prices. 

Minimum length of stay:

• 4 nights in low season
• 7 nights in high season

Final cleaning: 40,00 € - 50,00 €

On request we porvide additional beds for the children for free.

Your four legged friends are welcome without any additional costs.
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

At your arrival you will receive the "Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass", free of charge. With this card you can use all types of public transport, such as train and bus. Explore South Tyrol with the public transport facilities.

LOCAL TAX:

The local tax of 2,50 Euro* will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sport events.

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT:

At the moment oft he reservation, we ask for a deposit payment of the 100,00 Euro per apartment.

In case of later arrival or earlier departure, we calculate the entire price of the period of stay.

PAYMENT: 

Please pay cash on site or via bank transfer. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 4.999,99 €.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

Arrival: We expect from 3 pm with your arrival. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment is only from 3 pm ready. In case of delay, we look forward to hearing from you.

Departure: On the day of departure, the apartment should be free at 9.30 am.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Up to 3 months before your arrival date no costs will be charged. In case of cancellation within 3 months of arrival, we do not refund the deposit. In case of cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival, we charge the half price of the total amount. If guests fail to arrive without a cancellation, the whole price is going to be calculated!
